Hi! Your dehumidifier was made by Fedders for Maytag. However, Fedders as it used to be, not longer exist. It is now Airwell-Fedders. And they don't provide a download feature. However, you can call their Customer Service Dept 866-829-2440, and they may be able to email you a manual for your model. Be sure to have your correct model number handy, when you call.

Why has it stopped running, but still shows temp and humidity?
I may have reached the humidity level that you have set it at. Press the HUMIDITY button until it says "Lo". That should put you into continuous run mode.

It continues to shut down after start saying it is full, but it has no water in it. No matter if I take out the bucket and push back in it still says full. Not even a year old!!!
Here's a solution that often works. Turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to OFF. Unplug the unit from the wall outlet and wait 12-15 minutes before plugging it back in. Then turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to ON and set your control as you normally do. Hopefully, that 12-15 minute timeout allowed the unit to reset itself. If it continues to do this contact Haier Customer Support 877-337-3639 and have your Model Number and Proof of Purchase handy. If it's less than a year old, it's still under warranty.

New unit, try using in basement. nothing happen, should humidity settings be high or low? Dose humidity level be high? In the bucket whats the plastic cup about? do something alow water to enter bucket?
If you trying to remove humidity, the setting or percentage of humidity to you want to remove should be set low. it's actually the humidity that will be left in the air. In the Hot Summer months, you want lower humidity, as opposed to the Winter months, when you want higher humidity.

"Plastic cup inside the bucket" - that's got me stumped. But, I suspect, it may be a float valve to turn the unit off, once the bucket reaches the full level. The water enters the bucket through a drain tube or hole from inside the dehumidifier, above the bucket.

By best advice, since this is a new unit, that you recently purchased, is read the Owners Manual/User Guide and become thoroughly familiar with the proper operation of your Dehumidifier, as well as how to properly maintain it. As, they aren't maintenance free.
