I did not get my total refund for shoes

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes.They did not fit.I sent them all back in the same package but only got a refund for two pairs.

Do you have a copy of order form, credit card charged to? I would start by calling the company AFTER you send an email to them. CREATE the paper trail. Also, then you contact your credit card to ask if they can mediate the credit due you.

I have had a personal problem with this many times in my auctions. I run a successful company that specializes in auctioning. With my personal experience I would just refund the item. Ive had the same things happen to me many times, and to avoid all the long, often drawn out process that is dealing with someone on the internet, I chose to end it quick. You also get out of any negative feedback by doing this. Make sure you only agree to a refund as "on return of item as sent" only. Good Luck!

log onto your payal account open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this tranzaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of problems you have with the seller to make a claim

If I purchase a pair of running shoes and they do not fit correctly, how do I return for a refund?? This just happened to me, unfortunately I threw away the box....

Contact the store you ordered them from. Hopefully you have your receipt. This is not where you ordered them though. Good luck.

I got a refund for two pairs of shoes but it was suppose to be three.

What do you actually want to ask ? Why you get refund instead of shoes? Well you would be happy enough that you got your money back. Now contact shoe merchant for their failure to deliver you your favorite pair.

Onex Shoes are Guarenteed for 1 year. How can I get a refund

I have tried to find a place to send them back, but it all comes back to the store you bought them from. The warranty period is up on them now.

Is there any way to return them after a couple months if the two pairs we have are torn by the toes on both pairs.

if you have a recipt take them back to place of purchas there miught be a gaurentee on the shoes, or write to the company direct and mention that your not satisfied with your purchas they might refund you

your problem can be solved out it try ordering 81/2 women/'s that would exactly what you want
