Question about The Clothing Accessories
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes.They did not fit.I sent them all back in the same package but only got a refund for two pairs.
Do you have a copy of order form, credit card charged to? I would start by calling the company AFTER you send an email to them. CREATE the paper trail. Also, then you contact your credit card to ask if they can mediate the credit due you.

if you pay with visa you must report it to them, call customer service to the froud deparment.
If you pay with pay pal go to paypal.com and report them.

I have had a personal problem with this many times in my auctions. I run a successful company that specializes in auctioning. With my personal experience I would just refund the item. Ive had the same things happen to me many times, and to avoid all the long, often drawn out process that is dealing with someone on the internet, I chose to end it quick. You also get out of any negative feedback by doing this. Make sure you only agree to a refund as "on return of item as sent" only. Good Luck!

log onto your payal account open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this tranzaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of problems you have with the seller to make a claim
