Do you have a copy of order form, credit card charged to? I would start by calling the company AFTER you send an email to them. CREATE the paper trail. Also, then you contact your credit card to ask if they can mediate the credit due you.

3. Let r be the price of running shoes.
Translate the text into mathematical expressions
A pair of running shoes costs 5$ more than a pair of tennis shoes
5 $ more ---> ... +5
Cost of a pair of running shoes (r) = cost of a pair of tennis shoes (t) +5
So the first statement can be expressed as r=t+5

The total cost of both ------> Sum of the costs r+t
The total cost of both is 115 $ ------> r+t=115

Now you have a system of two linear equations in two unknowns
( r=t+5
)
(r+t=115
There are a few methods to solve the system (comparison, substitution, or combination/addition/elimination). I gave the 3 possible names for the third methods.

What do you mean flat like the bottoms? I have a pair of them and they are suppose to be the same exact shoes just opposite feet, so of one is different then the other that could affect you foot while playing and could potential cause problems. If you could tell me more of what is wrong I could help because I am a little confused on what you mean flat. The bottom of the shoes are suppose to have an indent on the inside like the indent on you foot has (arch of your foot). Now if you foot starts to bother you because the shoes is flat then you can add and insoles with an arch to help. I found they help a lot with shoes even my tennis shoes.

if you have a recipt take them back to place of purchas there miught be a gaurentee on the shoes, or write to the company direct and mention that your not satisfied with your purchas they might refund you

Two quick thoughts.

1) Puma, while a cool brand, aren't generally thought of as high end cleats.

2) In any brand, they will have various levels of quality. Something under $100 is generally going to have less quality in construction and be less able to withstand serious play.

It could be that your daughter is now playing at a very serious level, so a pair of $40 cleats that would withstand a whole season or two might now break down faster because she is making much harder cuts etc. Also, though the Kings some in several varieties, they are generally a great cleat, so I'm supposing you paid at least $80 for them and they are either leather or Kangaroo Leather. I know for certain that if you don't pay attention to wetness, you can easily kill a pair of leather shoes. Either by drying them too fast or by letting them stay wet too long, you could break down the material.

BUT regardless, take them back and see about getting a discount or refund. They should last longer than that. Good luck.
