Was working fine 1 day. TV was off at least a month, when I turned it on (by remote) it buzzed, & green light just kept blinking
Install horiz driver kit # 483531057673 and replace weak cap in
horiz driver circuit = 47mf/25v.Fix applies to all L04.01U chassis..........................T.

Very similar problem. I can turn on TV, hear sound, no picture, 5 seconds later.... it cuts off and LED green light blinks. Happened all of the sudden.
I have a 32 in. philips HD flat screen model no. 32pt9100d/37 it's 2 years 0ld and i had it repaired once already for the same problem. When you turn it on the green indicator light comes for about 10 sec. then blinks 5 rapid blinks pauses for a few sec. then blinks once more and then repeats that pattern over and over.

off and LED green light blinks. Happened all of the sudden. I saw the possible solution offered. Is this something I can do myself? I don't know anyone in this area that works on TV's.
