When on iron iron get heated up the tank also heated up but water is not being sucked my machine from water compartment no voice or sound is heard to pump in water to make steam
Read the operator's instructions. They are available of the Russell Hobbs site or by contacting Russell Hobbs UK on-line through the "Contact" link. In most cases, steam irons tend to clog with hard water deposits and need to be de-scaled from time to time. If that doesn't help you, buy a new iron. Rowenta's seem to perform best.
I had to empty water out of iron and clean surface to get the marks to stop. After putting new water I let the iron heat up and ran it over and over on a white sheet until marks were gone. Maybe that will help you.
This is caused by deposits that are in the water you are using. Empty the iron and fill with a 50-50 solution of Vinegar and water. start it up and iron on some rags for about 5 minutes ho the highest steam setting use the sprayer liberally. Empty the iron and repeat until you see no mor deposits on the rags. Then use only distilled water in the iron.
sounds like it is time to de-scale the iron to loosen all the deposits inside the unit.
add some white viegar to the water ( which should be distilled water ) and heat up and let the iron steam out the solution. now add just water to the unit shake it and rinse out with water and drain. now do one more vinegar / water de-scaling and rinse out again. now fill with just distilled water and let it steam out and now your iron should be clean as new.
Water reservoir tank has cracked -where can I get a new one please
