I think your new battery have some built in problem.

Not sure what you are trying to do, bluetooth is a short range wireless protocol, this is not for internet access.
If you want bluetooth on your laptop, buy a bluetooth dongle, they are very cheap.
If you want internet without an internet account at home, buy a mobile internet dongle, they are about £15 a month for 2GB limit
