Try shutting off your new phone and restarting it. Make sure it has full service bars when you do. Than try making a phone call from it. Mine made phone calls but it took another day for it to register on the phone.

Have you tried calling tmobile and getting them to check that the sidekick activation pack is on.
I had this problem although, i didnt try calling the phone
its the best thing to do to call them.
i waited 24 hours and they checked and the shop had not put the service pack on.

Go to an ATT store, more are bing shipped out today I'm told. It will take about 24 hours to activate as I understand the ATT peeps are really having some problems. I know one guy who has waited all weekend so far and still no activation. Do not cancel your other phone till the new one is activated or you will be without a phone. or you could buy a cheap pay as you go phone and leave a voice mail on your old number and tell peeps to temporaraly call you at the pay as you go number, then when your old number is activated in the Apple phone seell the pay as you go phone.
