Ok my rca tv model number d52w17 powers on then goes off itll do this like 3 times by its self and wont do anything for like 2 or 3 mins before itll let you try and turn it on again and i also can hear it power on like it normally does

That is an ITC222 chassis and one of the more dependable RCA units built. The "F" connector is the part you're referring to and it's not something that carries a specific part number for that unit. In the shop here we simply buy them by the box and the tuner will have to be removed to install a new connector. The new one will be soldered to the chassis of the tuner and less likely to break in the future. Not something you probably want to do yourself, but at least you'll know what to ask the shop when you're calling around for estimates.

Sounds like a faulty power inverter to me.
If it's covered under warranty, take it back to where you got it and ask them to cover the warranty for you.
If it's not under warranty, take it to a local electronics repair store that deals with TVs. Get a quote from them on the amount to repair it.
If it exceeds a third the amount you paid for the TV in the first place (ie if the TV cost you $1,200 and the bill exceeds $400) you're better off to get a new TV.
