I have a Fedders Dehumidifier. It is wired under the house with a drain hose which is great However since it is hard to get to in the crawlspace, I need a remote that will turn it back on when the power goes off rather than crawling under the house to manually do so. Do you have one I can buy?
SOURCE: Connecting a drain hose
Most units have a drain connection, either on the machine itself, or in the collection pail. These connections usually fit standard garden hoses.

Looks like a control board, Check the board for burn marks. What model do you have? Some parts are available on-line at appliance factory parts.. also check your Capacitor and fan motor before you install your new Board..Let me know if this helps? Krazytech

If you go to this site you can download the owners manual. Follow the instructions and it should solve your problem.
