Tablet will not shut off - Tablets & eReaders

Some tablets shuts off because of to much dust inside the airiation of the GPU and or the CPU if its a great model if there are fans inside it must be cleaned.

Here are two things to try:
I- Using the Power button:
1 Press and hold the Power button for at least 4 seconds.
2 Swipe-down the shutdown confirmation screen to the bottom
edge of the display to turn off the tablet.
Using Charms:
1 Swipe-in from the right edge of the display to access Charms.

II- Unplug the battery, wait 30 seconds, then install the battery again.

Depending on why your tablet is frozen, pressing the "Power" button -- sometimes called the "Sleep/Wake" button -- might turn it off. Some tablets give you the option to restart or shut down; if you have this choice, pick the option to shut down the tablet completely. If pressing the button once doesn't do the trick, hold it down for 15 to 20 seconds -- this often forces the tablet into shut-down mode.

Might be some corruption issue in your system of you unspecified tablet. You can correct it doing a Factory Reset

Also you might get some specific information doing a google search for terms

You may add Youtube and search should expand to get some youtube tutorial

If you can't get any information, you should contact the site where you bought your tablet and ask them

when you say shut down do you mean it goes of or goes into safety mode

Go to this link on YouTube and do a factory reset and reboot. This will reset your tablet so you may be able to use it. It sounds like your system got corrupted or infected.

Might be your tablet not supported to that app or possibly it should not be a appropriate application :
So download this app from play store
Battery Doctor(Battery Saver)

and if this fails
possibly problem in you tablet software go to replace it .....

hold down the power button until it shuts down or remove the battery or just unplug it and let the battery die

One sure way is to leave it running doing something like youtube, until the battery runs completely out of juicy. Then plug it in and let it charge all the way up, and see if that fixed the issue.
