Did you signup for the free trial? After the free trial is over they will automatically bill you. If you NEVER signed up for anything dealing with Amazon Prime, contact your credit card bank (or whatever) and report a fraudulent charge.

1. Go to Manage Your Prime Membership.
2. Depending on whether you have a paid Amazon Prime membership or are on a free trial, do one of the following: To cancel a paid membership, click End membership, which is the second option on the left-hand side of the page.

Sounds like you got caught in the "free" trial offer. If this is not canceled before the free trial ends you automatically get enrolled. You can follow these directions to cancel the membership. Getting a refund may require you calling customer service.
