Guess watches are really good and branded because there are lots of models are available in guess watches which most of people like to buy. Here i attached one link from you can easily buy Guess watches from online.
You should be able to find a nice wristband for your watch on ebay. If you want to replace with the original you might need to contact Guess directly, however ebay will have more then a few guess wristbands.
I looked on their website, and don't see any instructions for any of their watches. Having set a few watches in my day, but having no idea which one you have, try this:
Press and hold the Mode button on the watch, see if the numbers start blinking.
Then set the hurs and minutes with those buttons. Press Mode once quickly again to end setting the time.
My guess is, if it was the same watch type I was looking at that it also has a 4th button that is labeled "talking". Prees that button when she wants to hear the time announced.
Good Luck. If you know the watch model number, I can maybe help you more.
I had same problem at watch makers and the put the old battery back for the digital secnods count and it started working. I guess the moral of the story is don't replace the digital seconds battery.
Bring the watch back to the place where the battery was changed, after only 3 days they should at least try another battery , maybe this battery has just gotton loose.
you will prob need the same strap as most are integral to watch if i remember Seiko make guess watches try there website first or try guess watches they will ask you for model and sometimes serial numbers and they will send it in the post to you or maybe ebay but you take a risk ..then pop round to your local repairer and ask them to fit it..
follow this link to find the Guess watch retailer nearest you. They should be able to repair it or send it out for repair. Also, if you bought the watch locally, not on the internet, the dealer may replace it for you seeing as the watch is so new.
