Follow the steps below and test the app after each step.

Update your apps:

To fix the problem, please follow the steps below.

1. Download and install the following- BBSAK, Blackberry desktop, the firmware for your phone.

2. Run BBSAK, press Wipe phone then wait for two minutes.

3. Then close it and open Blackberry desktop, run phone upgrade, wait 40 minutes, then upgrade the applications.

No, there isn't compatible skype application for this model. But you can use other IM apps like WebMsgr and IMPlus Talk to access skype on your phone. You can download them from HERE. The select apps are for your phone, you don't need to re-select the phone model (if you are asked), I've already selected it for you. Click the name of the app/s and follow the onscreen instructions, you'll have two options, download the app to your computer and then transfer it to your phone, or you can directly download the app/s to your phone.
