Try removing the battery wait a few seconds and replace it.It then should be off so try to turn it back on see if it reboots right

for avn 5435 on the left:press menu and cont ant the same time, while holding them down press menu on the right 5 times
a menu will appear and ask you for a code. you have to call 800-233-2216 and pay $25 for the code. you will have to explain where you bought your eclipse and or know the name of the original owner. if it doesnt match they will not give it to you
