I started it, and it cranked and then immediately shut off. Do you think its a fuse? and where is the box. The battery is fine, I have a tickle charger and it says the battery is full.

I would check your main fuse first(the most likely problem).
It is located on the starter relay(should be under the side covers close to the battery)
If this fuse is OK clean up connections on this and battery terminals and check for your 12v at the starter relay.

Man, that's the best description I've ever seen of a problem with a bike on this site. Regrettably, I don't have a clue as to what the problem is but I can tell you that I've read about the turn signal staying on in many instances. I'm an old school biker and mechanic and I don't have any experience with the computer controlled bikes or security systems. To me, it sounds like the security system has got the bike disabled for some reason. This seems to be the case mostly when the battery goes dead and then the owner recharges the battery or installs a new battery. The security disables the ignition system thinking someone is trying to steal the bike and it communicates with the owner or mechanic through the turn signal system. Have you read the owner's manual about the security system? The turn signal staying on constantly may be trying to tell you what the problem is. I really wish I could help more but that's all I've got.
the starter motor is probly du for a makeover-1st chec if contact cables r tite or corroded--its not hard to repair usually its somethin simple like brushes-getta a clymer book ther detailed for the whole bike--
