Go to a local dealer and pay to have them unlock itthey have the kknowledge and tech experience.

You have two options.
Use a WiFi service, either at home or free at a mall. Access the Blackberry app-world site. Select apps, free or type in WhatsApp and download the app to your Blackberry. It will reinstall on your phone.
The other is to access a recent backup you had done using BlackBerry Desktop Manager and click the restore option. When prompted, click yes.

if personal phone and not a company one search for a clone app that opens whatsapp or bookmark the site in your browser if company phone your out of luck
