LG Tromm Front door won't unlock

The front loading door to the washing machine won't unlock. I have tried several times, for the machine to complete a wash cycle and then try opening the door. But still unable to open the door.
On top of this i am currently in China so the instruction manual is all in chinese even though the machine iteself has english displays.

I have this exact problem!!! Did anyone ever figure it out??!! HELP!!

    i don't know exactly why the door won't open but i figured out that if u turn off all eletric sources to the washer.. which means turning the washer off and unplugging it.. It actually unlocked for me.... I hope this helps

    I had the same problem and thanks to sunshinenrs I fixed it un plug the washer

"Door Locked" Indicator Switch Faulty
You should access the lid switch (the switch is inside the machine main housing near the door frame) and to see whether it become loose or was broken. Good luck!
