Did you connect the second needed cable in your new engine? this is a 4-wire cable... Need an adapter 4-6 pins in some cases. This cable is needed to send the data from the engine to the dashboard.
if there is it will only be available from the service dealer spares
however you can get the correct connector and put your wire terminals into it , THey can be pushed out and then pushed into the new connector in the right place
