I have the exact same model and had the exact same problem. Jackboy may be right and its a software thing but I'm not sure. I reseated the cartridges. Then go into printer maintenance menu. Do a "deep cleaning". This unclogs the jets and cleans up the passages. I had to do mine twice and haven't had any issues since.

Did you say the colors just "refilled"? If you are refilling the ink cartridges, there is no guarantee of it working whatsoever.

Cycle throught options until #7 PRINTER
Pres OK
Cycle throught options untill #5 INK ABS CAP
Press OK
Display SUCTION
Enter 0
Press OK
Turn Printer off
Pause
Turn Printer back on

Hi,
you should attach the printer to your computer and now you just need to put the printer cd in your CD reader and install the drivers.
