Hi,
I just noticed that the power light will light orange and the status
light blink red if any of the external dust filters are not in place.
There are little switches that tell the projo if they are missing. So,
double check that the filters are in correctly.
Is the fan running properly or are any vents blocked?
Sounds like it is overheating.
Might just be that the thermal cutout is going bad inside the unit. Shutting off at to low a temperature.
Sounds like the most likely cause. They do change properities as they get older.

Have you checked the gas valve on the unit.. is it set to on? also check the gas valve going to the unit on?
