ACER labtop ive had my labtop for more tha 9 month now its been working grrreat no problem tilll the other night my little niece went on barbie and just closed it and gave it to me. i took it and turned it on and it was frozen so i restarted the labtop and thats when the problem started... this is what i get when i turn on my labtop, windows failed to restart. a recent hardware orsoftware change might be the cause. if windows files have been damaged or configured incorrectly. startup repair can help diagnose the problem. if power was interrupted during start up, choose start windows normally. **LAUNCH STARTUP REPAIR (RECOMMENDED) **START WINDOWS NORMALLY i chose start windows normally and it goes right back to the same thing... and when i choose LAUNCH STRATUP REPAIR , this is what i get.... it shows that its checking my system for problems, and that if problems r found it will fix them automatically.... than it says startup rapair cannot repair this computer automatically. sending more information can help microsoft create solutions. -->send information about this problem(recommanded) -->dont send ANYTHING I CHOOSE IT GOES BACK TO THE SAME THING..OR IT ASKES ME FOR A PASSWORD THAT I DONT HAVE ... SO IT TELLS ME TO CONTACT MY ACERS ADMINISTRATOR SYSTEM.... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!
