If you open the camera up, whick I know is an intricate task, and take the screen down but don't unplug it, at the right bottom their is something that resembles a watch battery, if you can figure out how to get it off and find a replacement it will be fixed... This battery serves a a sort of memory power, even though you have batteries, this battery keeps the memory for the camera's software, so inturn without it the camera is dead in the water. this is fixable!

Its due to slow shutter speed setting.
If you want to take moving object picture, set high speed shutter, there would an icon of golf stick that is for moving object pictures.

Did you format the memory stick in the camera before trying to use it? Are you able to get into the camera menu to do that? If not, try removing the stick and battery...press all the buttons...leave it alone for 20 minutes...insert the stick and then the battery...turn it on.
