I have a Holmes air filter/camera. I can;t get remote playback. First i can see about 2or3 videos, then it will say no videos found. this has been happening since i bought It.

It looks like you may need to change your filters. It is advisable to change filters every 3-6 months for optimal use. When replacing your filters, make sure that the unit is turned off and unplugged from the power. Once filters are replaced, turn on your unit then press and hold the filter check indicator button for 3 seconds. The indicator light will blink 3 times and turn off, and reset the filter change timer.

2. On the camera, Select [PLAYBACK ON PC]
Although a dialog box appears on the PC, you do not need to use it. PowerCinema Starts Automatically.
3. Click [Browse Videos] (for video playback) or [Browse Pictures] (for still image playback).
4. Click the media that contains the desired files.
5. Click the desired file.
If you click Sort by/Filter by/View by, Searching options are delayed. Use them to search a file quickly. *Sort by:
The order of files is rearranged according to item that you selected.
*Filter by:
Files are filtered according to the item that you selected.
*View by:
you can change the number of thumbnails on the screen.

The playback for the videos is the same as the photos. Once you are in playback mode, use the directional button to go left or right to find the video, once you found it press "up" on the directional button to start the video.

If you point the remote at a video camera and press any button on the remote while the camera is recording you should see the emitter flashing on playback. This will confirm that the remote has indeed failed or working. I did this and found the remote working... Now on to the player.
