Oh my goodness, don't disassemble and don't go banging your A95's up for this problem. Sorry I missed this post when you first submitted it.

This sounds like it might a defective CCD imager. If so, Canon should FIX THIS FOR YOU FOR FREE, including FREE SHIPPING both ways. This is regardless of your camera's warranty status. Please check the following two links for more info:

SOURCE: unusual display on panel (padlock) machine can't be programmed door is not locked however

i just went through the same thing.......you need to hold the option and extra rinse buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds, this will unlock it.....so turn the machine on and press the two icons, dont worry about the beeping and flashing after 6 seconds the padlock symbol will go and you can use the machine as usual.....i wish they put that 'minor detail' in the manual...cheers!!

SOURCE: A washing machine Electrolux EWF 1025 does not start up.

E50 is displayed if the there is no drum rotation. drum jammed not allowing motor to turn/ no circuit through motor(poss worn out carbon brushes) less likeley but poss short on motor relay on electronic board.

Our Electrolux ewf14742 washing machine still has softener in the softener compartment after a full load has completed. Any ideas why please.

Water does not come into the softener section on the last rinse or the overflow holes are clogged or electric valve for rinse is faulty. My experience is that in over 95% of cases mechanical failure because some residues or deposited calcium carbonate at the water inlet holes (water inlet holes clogged above softener compartment).

Practical advice:
- If required, pour fabric softener into the compartment marked
(the amount used must not exceed the "MAX" mark in the
drawer). Otherwise, softener could be takes in washing or prewashing phase what can cause stains on laundry depending on temperature. (Especially in washing phase at 60-90 Celsius)
- If you use thick softeners it is recommended to dilute with water.
- After washing cycle finish, residues of detergent, softener and water may remain in the dispenser. It is recommended to clean
the dispenser regularly to remove any residue.

I assume that your appliance has a door interlock with 4-contact.
This is "Instantaneous door interlock" and with this safety device, the door can be opened immediately after the end of the cycle.
Before pulses are sent to open the door, the PCB checks for the following conditions:

The drum must be stationary (no signal from the tachometric generator)

The water level must not be higher than the upper edge of the door

The temperature of the water must not be higher than 40 ° C.

E10 is a timeout code. I found the answer on google by refining my search criteria. The tap was not turned on enough for the washer to fill up in time before the timeout was reached. After restarting the washer and turning the tap on further, the washer cycle completed without error.

Electrolux Ecovalve EWF1087 wont progress past wash My Electrolux Ecovalve EWF1087 stops at the end of the wash cycle and will not progress to the rise. The timer continues till zero, but the machine does nothing. You can manually set it to run from rise and it will complete the rest of the cycles. So all functions seem to work, but something stops it from progressing from Wash to Rinse. In the last 6mths I have replace the motor brushes, water level sensor and the main CPU.

Electrolux Time Manager 10kg EWF14012 all lights are on H anyone know why the washing machine lights for all options stay on permanently? The washing machine works perfectly and all functions work.
