I have a garrison 50 pint dehumidifier that is less than 2 years I have misplaced the manual I want to know why it is not pulling water out of the air the bucket is completely dry

Try cleaning the filter first. Pull it out and then wash it with water and let it dry overnight. Then clean the spigot/nozzle which fills the pan. This often becomes clogged with dust or debris or even insect webs. Once you wipe the nozzle with a rag, really clean it well with a finger. You should feel the rubber gasket at the end of the nozzle with your finger.

Likely the fill nozzle was just clogged so water drips along the top and down the sides of the pan instead of into it.

Drain line stopped up .
If no drain line? Unit has to be emptied regularly
