Hi, u cannot buy the replacement back wheels as they require a special tool the customer services rep told me.However if you box the pram up,ring the hotline number which is 08450780290 before 10 am they will come and collect it the same day, if after 10am its the next working day,and they will repair it,which takes 3-4 days, i got a quote for the back wheels, which is 4 wheels in total and they told me it was £20.10, that is for collection, parts, labour and delivery which i dont think is too bad! hope this helps.
