My new printer has been set up on my laptop its a hp envy 4527.it printed photos the other week . but not now. its showing details of my old printer on laptop which is hp envy 5530

ask for where HP is, its not here, but vast resources do exist.

learn to use them..

if you dont you get to learn now to get the printer
to connect to your unstated wireless router, that I refuse to teach here, ever.(set it to a static IP for the printer , lean how)

Maybe you need to set an option on the phone to be able to use a printer. It's a WINDOWS phone....

hi im new to this site but i had the same problem with an epson printer. have you tried port forwarding the printer with a static ip address. i also had to download an app for my samsung phone to connect to printer as it would not see it, also if you click open a photo on your laptop then go to print, it should ask you to install a printer. ( look for drop down menu and look for install printer not microsoft xps document writer) choose add a network or wireless printer and you should see it on your list of printers. hope this helps

Go into your computer printer set-up and check if there are any jobs left to print. Check manual or tech support. Maybe youtube has video on it.

is it laptop or printer. it it is a laptop and if it is windows 10 just goto display setting and give the font size with persentage.
