On my simbans tablet I have my 32mem card mounted but it won't download games it just sticks on installing what can be done to rectify this if possible ! Thanks

Sounds like the power button switch has given up on you. With a lot of care and time, you can fix this yourself for a few dollars if you buy the part and tools on eBay, or you can just take it to a repair shop.

swipe down from the top and check the settings in "audio profiles" See if the speaker is muted.

You probably have to download and then mo e it. Try relocating already downloaded ganes/apps and photos to make room

when i went onto the website to find a user manual for you there really is nothing to choose from. i do not know whether there is an issue with their website or what.

what i do recommend is that you watch multiple review videos for that product until you have a general understand on how the operations are performed.

To reset your tablet you need to go to setting then find backup & reset and when you are there you should click on factory reset

Have a look under settings and storage. It should give you the option to save to the sd card. It will also offer you the chance to mount the card.
If the SD card is not mounted, perhaps you need to format it.

On your internal storage SD card there is an App partition. This is where all your apps are stored. Many devices have a small App partition like maybe 1 gigabyte. It doesn't take long to fill this up with additional apps.

Many Android devices display this App partition storage bar graph in Settings > Storage. It's usually the top horizontal bar graph. If it's all one color then it's full and it will perhaps say something like 1 gigabyte of 1 gibabyte used. The only way to get
more room to download new apps is to delete some of the old ones, or in some case a few of them might be able to be moved to the external SD card if your device has one in its slot.

one way that always works though a few steps.
get an sim adapter for the sd card for your computer they are cheap to buy.
connect cable to your simban 100 an copy what you want off of it too.
now put all you want on the sim connected to your computer with sim adapter.
when finished you now have any apps you want on the card. generally.
if you want to load apps from the sim you have to go to security setting in tablet n set it to allow that.

Try a different charger, if this doesnt work you'll have to consider replacement or repair. Hope this helps, Graham
