What you may have to do is to get to the bios screen change the boot up to external or cd set and save that
connect the external cd / usb stick with the program installed then start up the computer as normal . it will boot from that system

With the copier turned on press the next key secuence Press adittional function Press 2 and 8 ( at the same time ) Press additional function. Service mode should appear in the screen . If it doesn't repeat the secuence until it does . When service mode appears press in the touch panel COPIER Then select FUNCTION Then select CLEAR then select in the lower list ERR Then press ok in the lower corner Turn off the machine from main Switch. Wait a few seconds and turn it on again . Try to make some copies . If error persist there is a malfunction in the fixing heater and need to be replaced.
