When i go to send a message it sits in my Outbox and it says ''resend in 1204'' (2 minutes time) I have restored factory setting twice and it continues to not send. I have also taken my battery out for a few minutes and put it back in and it continues to not send. I have also checked my message centre number (and this is correct) therefore my phone continues to not send.

Hi first check that your Message Center number is correct..it should be led by +91 followed by country code +specific network center number.If the problem still persist restore the phone by selecting "Restore Only" or by typing *#7780#.And the last solution is call/contact your network provider.Thanks for visiting fixya

First of all try to check the message center number in your message setting as well as the format should be text,if it is pages change it to text.If not solved restore the phone by typing *#7789# or go to setting and factory setting., select restore only.Again itf the problem still persist contact sim card customer care.Good luck

Remove your SIM card and try it on other hand-set or mobile and see whether it happen again or not?
If it work on other hand-set or mobile then reset (restore factories) from your hand-set.

reformatting you phone and your memory might solve the problem...

All you have to do is go to your message setting on your phone:
1. Open Messaging
2. On New message sellect options at bottom
3. Open settings
4. Open Text message, you should see: Message centre, message centre in use ect..
5. Open message centres this should go to next screen then open again, this screen should have : Message centre name & Message centre number (from your network provider you need to find out what is the message centres name & number are e.g in Australia it should be SMSC1 and number is +61411990001) then just manually enter these in there.

wen i text any msg it doesn go it says messga send failed and resend from outbox and when i go to outbox and send it from there it says the same thing i need helpp pleasee anyone?

I had this same problem. Deleting and clicking "yes" at the warning screen would not remove the message from my outbox and the message kept resending for days.

Solution: In the Outbox, click "Menu" > Empty Deleted Items. Click "yes" at the warning. The message should now be gone from your outbox and your text buddy should now be able to regain sanity.

T-mobile credited back the resent text messages when I called them.
