Looking for rotary brush PA0650048 for the 1210 power washer. Any out there?

• If look at brushholder unmount it and make clean look if the brushes are go good to each other most causes on this BOSCH tools is that the brushes 70% are hanging on dirth in the brush holder (brushplate) 16 first problem second true problem are the 2 suppression coils (adapter module 817 ) on the electric field. and also parts pos 19 left right switch contacts for the brushes can sometimes on ofthem be broken.

#1 Check your brushes & brush springs - you will have to remove the switch handle completely to access both brushes
#2 Visual of the armature - is it black / burnt or does it have raised segments?
Most likely it will need an armature if it has run for any length of time with bad brushes.

Did you blow a fuse, or trip a circuit breaker? Often an overload like a stuck motor indicates there is a circuit being opened. If you know how to get inside, check the brushes, but I am inclined to suggest looking at a possible fuse blown in the power circuit, possibly in the power strip you use to plug in multiples.

burnt out field windings or failed armature segments would be a good assumption here. Over heating from prolonged heavy load use or worn brushes causing the bars on the armature to burn and burn the wires.. Have an appliance electrician look at it but generally a replacement unit will be required.

Disconnect the power cord from power supply first---ON most electric machines the brushes are under a small threaded button on either side of the motor case near the end. They are plastic and when unscrewed will have a spring around a copper wire attached to the brush. Just pull out and push in the new units ensuring that any curve of the brush will fit around the armature. Retighten the plastic cap.

Its may be the brushes just unscrew the brush caps with a dime or screwdriver.
Otherwise check that power to the outlet and the tools power cord has no damage.

you can change the brushes by opening the two little doors one on the top and one underneath the tool and the brushes will just fall out. you can then pop the new brushes in and replace the little doors. if you are looking for where to bye the brushes then just go on ebay or bye from dremel direct. im not sure how much dremel want for the brushes but i paid £7.58 on ebay.

I would think that just the brushes, they should slide freely in the slot. check also the condition of the armature for arcing or raised commutator bars.

Probably the switch but also check the selector for the forward and reverse as it may be in neutral or stuck in neutral. Check continuity of the switch and make sure switch is receiving power.

did you check the switch?or broken wire.
