Question about Power Computers & Internet
They indicate a full charge but won't turn on. If they are turned on with power connected they appear to work fine.
They may have a faulty bluetooth device or the bluetooth pairing is not setup. Google the model number for instructions on setting up the bluetooth.

1. Make sure that wireless settings are properly synchronized.
>> ssid/security key.
2. Check your computers wireless connection status
> Make sure that it is set to "obtain ip address automatically)
3. If still not working if computer is set to obtain ip automatically, try assigning static ip on wireless pc
> You need to know your router's ip address and dns
4. Disable firewall on wireless pc.

You mentioned trying a different battery, try a different AC adapter.
When plugging in the ac adapter to the wall, see if the POWER LED comes on on the adapter, then when you connect it to the computer, see if the LED stays on.
If the issue occurs with both AC adapters (No battery installed) then the motherboard has failed. If one ac adapter works but the other doesn't then the adapter is bad

My Aiptek charges fine, but *is* finicky about turning on while plugged into AC power via a USB-to-AC charger. That makes it hard to record of TV. Anyway, if you're having problems turning on your Aiptek, at least make sure you (1) unplugged the USB and/or any other cables, and (2) at the same time tried taking the battery out and putting it back in before powering on.
