Tunrs on white screen comes up as norm then goes black and home screen comes up normally but now it keeps flashing a white screen and nothing works wont even turn off i have to take the battery out

it's set to the wrong input device ? the one you currently have it pointed to has no input
also it's possible that cable plugged into current input channel has gone bad or become disconnected from it's source
Hdmi cables are unfortunately famous for this as they have no Lock device to keep them inserted into ports
most TV's nowdays shut off if not provided an input for a few minutes
It's not 10 seconds. Hold down the home and the power button for about 15-30 seconds till the screen goes black. You will notice little lines in the screen, which is totally normal. Keep holding till the apple logo shows back up..
After the logo flashes, press F8, repeatedly, until a white-over-black "boot menu" is displayed. Choose "Safe Mode", to see if this "minimal" version of Windows will startup successfully.
If it's only 5 months old, then it's still under warranty. Right now, I'd advise taking it back to have it fixed instead of taking it apart to replace hardware and possibly voiding a warranty.
ur phone needs to b re-flashed. i.e its file system is corrupt. if u r not a techie guy then better take it to an repair center. otherwise chk this site out: mobilejunkies.net
