Since 1949 we have focused solely on creating products for children. We like to think that many families have chosen our goods because we too are a big family.

I would check to see if both wheels are spinning in high. If only one spins, then it may have a loose connection on one of the motors. You can also get the specific peg perego gator switches from the guys at http://www.shopjandl.com/kids---baby-ride-on-toys-peg-perego.html They also have a phone number that you can call them to explain the problem with the vehicle, they seem to know a lot about them. Hope this helps.
I would check the connections on the rear wheels. If you have done this already, take the 2 wires off the good motor and switch them to the other side that is not spinning. If the motor turns after that, then you need a peg perego high/low switch and a peg perego reverse switch. You can find them at this site: http://www.shopjandl.com/kids---baby-ride-on-toys-peg-perego-switches-and-shifters.html You can also call the tech people at that site. They seem to know a lot about these toys.
I would replace the high/low switch and the reverse switch. You can get the peg perego parts at http://www.shopjandl.com/ but I would first check the connections on the motors and foot switch. Sometimes they come loose. Hope this helps
I would replace the high low switch for this peg perego gator.
The high low switch as seen here http://www.shopjandl.com/mepu0002.html will not allow it to go forward. The reverse switch will sometimes not work at all as well.
You can contact http://www.shopjandl.com/. They repair them and know how to figure out what is wrong.
I would also check the wiring on the motors. Sometimes the wiring comes loose and doesn't allow all the speeds to function properly.
hope this helps
