If you have the instruction manual on the jabra, it should tell you how to put the device in pairing mode. Once pairing is turned on you find the device name through the bluetooth settings on your phone. Click pair and they should connect.

Most Bluetooth devices have a default pairing ID of 0000.
As for turning the volume UP or down, depending on what ear it is worn on, is nothing but trial and error.
Turn on your phone, go to settings (or tools) and turn on bluetooth. Select find device:
Turn bluetooth JABRA on and HOLD the power button until the Jabra flashes. (this means it is sending a bluetooth signal) Your phone should see it and ask for a pairing code. Enter 0000
A message on your phone should indicate you are paired.

You will need to pair it with your phone. first make sure the headset is off, then put the headset in pairing mode by pressing and holding the answer/end button until a solid blue light appears. then you will need to goto your cell phones bluetooth menu, turn your bluetooth on, then in your bluetooth menu you will need to add a new device or discover a new device depending on the type of cell phone you have. Your phone should find the jabra ear piece if it's in range of your cell phone and will ask if you want to pair with the device, after accepting confirm with the pin of 4 zero's.
7. Pair it with your phone
Before you use your Jabra BT125, you need to pair it with your mobile
phone. (Follow step 1-4 in fig. 3).
1. Put the headset in pairing mode
• Make sure the headset is off .
• Press and hold the answer/end button until a solid blue light comes on.
2. Set your Bluetooth phone to ‘discover’ the Jabra BT125
Follow your phone’s instruction guide. This usually involves going to a
‘setup,’ ‘connect’ or ‘Bluetooth’ menu on your phone and selecting the
option to ‘discover’ or ‘add’ a Bluetooth device.* (See example from a
typical mobile phone in fig. 3).
3. Your phone will find the Jabra BT125
Your phone then asks if you want to pair with it. Accept by pressing ‘Yes’ or
‘OK’ on the phone and confirm with the passkey or PIN = 0000 (4 zeros).
Your phone will confirm when pairing is complete. In case of unsuccessful
pairing, repeat steps 1 to 3.
Make sure your cell phone's bluetooth is activated. Once you do that, you should be able to hold down the main button on the Jabra and once it turns on, it will connect with your phone.
