SOURCE: outside temperture
Try changing the batteries in the CLOCK. I had the same problem in a 3M similar clock and it didn't read the transmitter correctly or eventually, at all, when the CLOCK batteries were getting low.
Hi
If you have lost the outside temperature on the clock display then do the following:-
1. Make sure you have good batteries installed in the remote transmitter
2. Remove the batteries from the main clock and keep them out until the clock display disappears.
3. Re-install the batteries in the clock.
4. Wait until the display returns and includes the outside temperature display as well.
5. Set the clock again for current time/date etc.

Me too. No outside temp. Did you find a solution? Changing the batteries didn't work.
My outside temp. doesn't work on my clock either! Changing batteries didn't help either , changed batteries several times.
I have changed the batteries over an over again and the temp. still doesn't work I have also replaced the batteries in the time, its just the temp that doesn't work!
I have an outside temp. but its not correct. the true temp outside is 10 degrees, my skyshows the temp at 56. Ive tried to fix it over and over again.
We have replaced the batteries in the order it says on the back of the clock. We even went as far as to buy different brand batteries to see if that would fix the problem. Bottom line is this clock is problematic.
