what you have is better than a fortic. fortics should only be used if you have a lack of space to put in any thing else. if you are planning to heat water with the emersion just cap the ends that went to the rayburn and you are good to go. or fit a floor standing oil boiler and heat rads as well. you may have to add zone valves for that to keep water in the tankat the right temp
There are only a few things you can try:
1) Reset the player (won't resolve)
2) Run a Repair in the Philips Device Manager
3) Run an Update in the Philips Device Manager
