Return it to Roberts for repair. They are old school as far as after sales service goes.

They usually go dark rather than white. On the back of the display board, there is a capacitor. Check if it is bulging or there is any discoloration on the board..

I did find the manual for your clock radio online and found no mention of the error code you stated.

If you cannot get parts from the manufacturer you may end up directly connection the wires to have the radio on continuously or installing an aftermarket switch.

u have a bad MW tuner section. this is a transistor radio probably using MW oscillator coils and IF transformers. I suspect the IF transformer or related components cause misalignment hence no audio output from the radio. just noise.

trial and error

hold down mode button until display flashes, change time with up/down buttons. Press mode button once to change to date use up/down to move through dates, the time display will show year you are in the further you press the up button the further in the future you will scroll. This radio holds date & day information depending on the year displayed. Leave flashing to time out after adjusting.
