Sounds like your speaker is blown . Is it a stereo? If so you can try switching the balance to the other speaker to see if its only in the one speaker. You can also switch it to mono to see if tat makes a difference. Let me know what you discover and I can help you further.

If it's still under warranty, call Samsung service. They will replace whatever it is that burnt out.
