Check your batteries under load, then check the wiring. Make sure the black and white charging wires are connected to the mains. If all good then check the pins in the charging receptacle.

I have a 2010 yamaha golf cart, has brand new batteries, and the batteries drain by nine holes,is it the voltage regulator? or something else

Make sure the batteries are fully charged. if your cart has it's own charger it may not fully charge. I would purchase a portable one and make sure they fully charge then you would know whether the cart charger is working.

Charger just workrd at my neighbors, doesn't even make a sound whwn i plug it into my cart. why does it not take a charge?

Measure your total battery voltage. That is measured across the main positive cable and the main negative cable. If you have a 48 volt golf cart and an automatic charger, any pack voltage under 42 volts will not turn the charger on. Your only recourse then would be to charge one battery at a time until you get 42 or higher.

Why does my golf cart battery charger turn off after 6 seconds when battery is partially discharged?

I have seen a charger turn off like that when there is one or more bad batteries. Try a load test on each battery to see if one is bad.
You can do this with a voltmeter. Connect the voltmeter to one battery and make the cart start to move and watch the meter.
If the voltage drops a lot then it could be defective.

How do you check output voltage from generator to battery in an club car golf cart

if you look at the charger plug there is a small switch it can either be held down with the cover off or with it on. It should read you between 48 and 50 volts DC with that switch in that switch will keep you from charging the batteries if it is faulty. These chargers are really rather simple and golf cart King has the motherboards cheaper than anywhere else that you can buy them. A thumbs up would be greatly appreciated if answer is helpful for your question. THANK you and GOD BLESS

never leave charging all the time you want to charge it every 6 hrs of running time to let your batterys cycle down. it would be the same if you charge your cell phone everytime you make a call if you cant keep track of it get a state of charge its a volt metter like a gas gauge for the batterys if you do it my way you will get more run time and your batterys will last around 10 yrs if keep doing it your way them about a couple yrs on them
