HTC 10. I have newly purchased, downloaded an update, but now there is no keyboard appearing. It was suggested settings>apps>all>HTC Sense & clear cache. I have done this, but no keyboard.

Is there a hard reset button or series of button presses that you can use? check the manual for this as it may reset the system. hold down the map/music button while the system boots up, that should reset it and may work. if not we'll try somehting else.

The malfunction of the keyboard has nothing to do with teh software, even you dont update the software of it the keyboard should still work fine and this can only be another set of bad keyboards , I realy suggest to you to have this second keyboard relace again, because for the first place it should work fine as soon as you use it no software upadate can cause this problem..

You can download and install "HTC Sync" from HTC website and this could solve your problems. And you can sync your phone contact, gallery and media information to your computer as well.
