Air duct must be checked. Poor ventilation is common cause for the problem.
If ventilation is OK, then the other possible cause is a defective flame sensor. The flame sensor is connected in parallel with the valve solenoid. For safety reasons testing must be done by a technician.
To get a quote on repair ring the service number listed on the user manual.
