You may need to reload the drivers for the mouse. Is it a wireless mouse? If not you can navigate with your arrows, enter, tab and backspace to get to where you need.

Accidently uninstalled softtware for the mouse and now have no mouse to access anything. What are my options and how do I get the mouse backé

Switch on the computer and use the keyboard as they did in the pre-mouse days

ie tab key to move around the screen and arrow navigation buttons

Or go out and buy a really cheap USB mouse plug it in and then go get the drivers from the GE website

Logitech LX8 Mouse back button quit working on AOL

This has been a long time problem with Logitech and Aol. If your mouse software allows you to edit your mouse buttons, change the back button to "keystroke" and enter the back arrow key on your keyboard as the command. Alt left arrow also works. While you don't appear to have a forward button, Aol users who do, would change it to "keystroke"...Alt right arrow.

No connection in IE or Firefox

first of all shut the system down ...
than start it again and when you see the memory chk start hitting the F8 key keep tapping it dont hold it down and when you see the boot optiong select the one that says safe mode with networking
you have to use the arrow keys coz mouse wont work and when selected hit enter
and than when you get the login screen and if you have the option with administrator ... hit admin
and than see if you are able to go through IE
if yes that that means the firewall is stopping the ie and the firefox from connecting to the net
so go ahead and remove the antivirus and the firewall and than restart the system and chk in the normal mode
if you still face the same issue ... that means you have a firewall still which is blocking
if you have a router reset it or disable the firewall in it
that will resolve it

USB mouse not working.

Most games have their own setup for movement, action, etc.

Check in the game for a "Setup" or "Options" menu. Usually you'll find other menus for Keyboard, Mouse and Joystick setup, where you can change these options.

Is there any game in particular your daughter is trying to play that you need help configuring?

Monitor

Ctrl,Alt and the arrow up, down key should fix it. Check your pc because some use a different key code. If no right click on desktop, go to properties, display settings and adjust the screen.
