I have lost my gogear disc.now how can i convert other videos and music files that is acceptable to my philips gogear?

You can convert your CD's into MP3 files by usinf the Windows Media player and Rip the CD songs (ie convert them to MP3 files) so you can play them on your Philips MP3 player.

How to download videos in philips gogear SA60XX

You will have to use the softwarre which comes along with the go gear if not go to the philips site to download . Only by converting the video will it play into the go gear. SO install and proceed by converting you videos in other format to be brought into this philips sofware and convert. Hope this helps. Good day.

What video format does philips gogear 2gb mp3 read?

hmm i got an philips 2 GB mp3 and i wanted to put some videos on it and well it cant read mp4 it can only read avi files but when i tried it it said i have to use the philips media converter but i dont have it and well i still dont know how to put on vids so :D

Philips GoGear SA60XX

Triple Reset for Philips’ GoGear:

Disconnect the Go Gear from computer. Press the reset pinhole until the player turns off. Hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard. If this pop-up does not appear, reset the player again WHILE connected to the computer. Open the Philips Device Manager, and go to Repair Tab. Reset the player one more time while connected to computer. Follow the repair instructions.

After repair is complete, upgrade the firmware for this player. Will erase all the songs, but you should be good to go again.

you guys need the cd that came with it. you open it then convert all the files. now can some one copy the cd files and send them to me in [email protected] cuz my friend lost mine

I have SA60XX with 2 gb. My problem is I cant connect this device with my laptop, when I connect it is only going to charging mode but I cant transfer my any data from my laptop to this device. I am very frusted anybody help me.
