Hi.
You will need to print the Printer configuration page.
The procedure is;
Menu > Printer Features > Configuration page.
You will see it in the top.

Look at the toner hopper closely there are little springs that some times get caught "down" they line up with the contacts on the toner. -Carl

That code requires going into the SP (Service Protocol) mode. If you have the service manual, it will tell you which buttons to press to enter it and to exit service mode. Once you enter service mode, power down the printer. If that doesn't reset, you have to go back into service mode, go the the SC/Fuser reset SP and once executed, power down then restart. Hint: you have to go to "SERVICE" then 1 will display. Press the right arrow key until you reach "5" then press the OK button. You can then right or left arrow until you find the reset SP. IT'S AUTOMOMATIC JAMED, YOU HAD TO GO SP MODE IN ORDER TO RESET IT. PRESS CANCEL BUTTON, FOLLOW KEY 1, 0,7 THEN PRESS RED BUTTON SIMUTANEOUSLY FOR SEVERAL SECONDS IN ORDER TO ENTER SP MODE.
IN THE SP MODE, YOU SWITCH OFF THE MACHINE THEN LATER SWITCH ON .......WAA LA THE MACHNIE WILL FUNCTION AS NORMAL BUT IF STILL PERSIST , THEN SOMETHING MUST BE CHECKED INSIDE THE MACHINE BY TECNICIAN
