Try removing the batteries, plugging into your computer, popping the batteries back in, and removing. Wait 5 minutes, and plug back in! This should have an affect!
You need to remove the back of the watch to get to the battery. If the watch is a water proof watch then the back is screwed on. After removing the back take care not to damage the gasket. If you cannot remove the back of the watch then take it to a watch repairer, they can replace the battery and it won't be expensive.
Try taking the batteries out for more than 30 seconds, then holding on while putting them back in. Then press enter when you try to graph.
If that doesn't work, there seems to be a problem with your firmware, you will want to send the calculator back to TI.

To replace, start by removing the 4 screws on the back and then removing the back cover. You can then access the battery. For easiest replacement, it is suggested that you use a modified installation technique. This is to break the tabs off of the old batteries rather than unsoldering them from the circuit board. This allows the old batteries to be removed but leaves the tabs attached to the circuit board. You can then solder the tabs from the new batteries to the old existing tabs
Remove the back cover by removing the 4 screws on the back. Two screws are easily visable. Push the trimmer up to reveal the other two screws. Then lift off the back cover to reveal the battery. You will need to then unsolder the battery from the circuit board. Replace with the new battery by soldering to the circuitboard just like the original. Reassemble
To replace, start by removing the back cover on the shaver by removing the two screws on the back. You will then be able to access the batteries inside. Unsolder the wires from the battery tabs You may have to remove black tape from the ends of the batteries to do this. Solder the new batteries in just like the originals and reassemble
Have you tried removing and replacing the battery pack? Or removing the battery and plugging it in to the charger? If neither works, try holding down the Power button to get it to start back up.
