To turn contact syncing on or off:

1. Open the Alexa app .
2. Select Communicate .
3. Select the contacts icon .
4. Select the menu icon .
5. Select Sync Contacts.
6. Turn Sync Contacts on or off.

First Swipe downwards from the top side of the screen, second look for settings in the drop down menu and tap on it, third tap on wireless, fourth tap on Bluetooth, then make sure the Bluetooth feature is enabled by flipping the on/off switch to the orange position and lastly if no devices are found then tap scan.
Finally you can enjoy using it now!!!

If you are sending it via phone check to see if the gmail account is synced to your phone. Most of the time the account not being synced is the cause of the issue you have ran into.

All you have to do is add the accounts, set up and sign into all your accounts on your phone and tablet. Once you have done so, stay signed in and go to settings and set up your sync options. If you have several google accounts, make your you add them in as well for sync. Especially calendar and email. Best sync setting is every 15 minutes to 30 minutes depending on need or usage. Plug your table to your PC using the Samsung charger cable that doubles as a data transfer cable when you remove the USB plug from the wall charger cube and plug it to the USB port on your PC.
Your PC should read your tablet as an external drive: Open "My Computer" and double-click the tablet drive icon>search your subfolders for your pictures. Highlight your picture files and either copy and paste or drag and drop (different way of copy/paste) to your desktop (or desired location), copies will be transferred but not moved from the tablet unless you "cut and paste" from your table to PC to clear out your tablet and make more space. When done, unplug your tablet cable from the PC. Plug in your flash drive to the available USB port: access the flash drive icon on My Computer. Drag and drop or copy and paste picture files to your flash drive.

You might have too many apps or you might have too many apps that are active in the background that are slowing your tablet down. Uninstall unused apps or turn them off through settings. Apps always sync in the background, even when you don't use them. When too many apps are running at the same time, they drag down the wifi speed. Go to Settings>Wireless and Networks> Data Usage, view all the apps that are actively syncing. Also, in Settings>Device>Battery, you'll see which apps are actively draining your battery (if this is also an issue). You might be surprised which apps are either draining your battery or always syncing.

Try removing the Google account then re-adding it.
