I have a polaroid 1921 TDUB it was knocked over and now has a green screen with small lines in it...is this fixable?

If it seems to get power, the main board of it should be checked for fault. If it do not get power, and no indicator lights are there, the power supply regulator board [SMPS] should be checked. If so, check and replace damaged component/s at it main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. You have cracked your LCD screen (the screen that displays the picture). The glass on top of it is called a Digitizer Screen (the screen that recognizes your finger). This is a fixable problem, but the cost to repair will depend on the phone, insurance or lack of, and who you get to repair it for you....hope this helps you some.

does the power light indicator goes in or blinking?. if no any light indicator at the front panel, you must locate first the power supply board which failed. check for blown fuse and bulged capacitor.

You will have to find some compatible Chinese parts for that product. There is no other option.
