Hello, my vodafone vfd 1100 tablet camera doesnt work, it says the camera has stopped each time i open it and the icon is not of a camera but an android icon, can you assist?

You need to perform a hard reset on your Onda V711. Here`s how: You can perform a hard reset by booting into a special recovery mode. First, ensure your device is fully shut down. When the tablet is turned off, keep home button pressed.
Now turn on tablet while still holding the home button.
When white android figure appears, release both buttons.
You will get into recovery mode, you can select "restore factory settings" there.
If that fails, try flashing new firmware.

First try restarting the tablet.

Then try logging out of your Samsung account and logging in again.

If that doesn't work, try installing a different camera app from the Play Store (Open Camera is pretty good).

Auto Rotation

To open the Notification Panel, swipe down from the top of the screen.
To stop the rotation, touch Auto rotate in the Quick Setting Panel.
Depending on the screen orientation when touching the Auto rotate icon, the icon changes the screen to either Landscape or Portrait.

Is it a .exe file? you just have to double click on it and if that doesnt work try right clicking on it and run as administrator. Many time that will work.

How can I use front facing camera????

On the tablet, open the camera app. You should see three small dots on the screen. When you tap these, three icons should open. The camera icon shows back and front, and will switch when touched. This is an android function. If you use a different app, use the settings to switch cameras.

If the tablet rooted or has a custom rom the correct camera drivers are not installed. Set it up with the stock rom and you should be good. Problem with custom roms is most of the time they were not set up for that specific model and some things are not going to work
