GE Nautilus Disheasher not getting any water? Help

If it sounds like its trying to go and not getting any water,, look inside where the dishes go at the bottom for the pump cover.. It should look cup shaped.. The pump could be failing or maybe the valve is just sticking shut - which is pretty common for a machine that has not been used much and sitting..
Whack the pump housing with a wooden spoon - in an attempt to "unstick" the valve..

If that does not help - the valve or pump could be failing..

Good luck..

GE Nautilus making noise

hi you have something in the sump there's a screen on the right side of the spray arm with 2 screws remove them and take screen off use your fingers to probe the cavity be careful it could be glass.

If it does not correct the problem

!.You may have an electric pump . and it could be pump without water . so i would say a bad pump.

I hope this helps...I believe it will....Good luck and good day....thank you for your rating my effort....The Fang.

GE Nautilus Dishwasher

if the dishwasher has not been used for a few weeks, the water in the sump that goes into the pump will evaporate causing the pump to freeze up. usually you can turn the fins inside the motor to free it up. make sure the dishwasher is not on when you do this.

GE Nautilus not draining water out

If the pump is not running, it could be the pump or the timing switch. My GSD2600G00WW would not drain. Wash cylce was running fine. I have just taken out the solenoid attached to the pump and the solenoid is burned out. Will replace tomorrow and see if that does the job. On line price for a new solenoid is about $35.00
